Arrive in the body as it actually is, and in what it's carrying — without rushing to fix it.
The essence
Emotion doesn't only live in the mind. It settles into tissue, into breath, into the way you hold yourself when no one is looking. The practice is to feel what's there, let the body move it and clean itself out, and come back lighter — more yourself than when you walked in.
You don't need experience, flexibility, or any particular way of seeing the world — only a body and a breath. Everything else, the practice does on its own.
Arrive in the body as it actually is, and in what it's carrying — without rushing to fix it.
Move and breathe until what's held begins to loosen and clear. This is the cleansing.
Come home to yourself — steadier, lighter, and closer to who you are underneath.
Group classes
Ninety minutes each time: breath, movement, and space to let the day fall away. Every class closes with meditation or yoga nidra — the part where the body actually lets go.
Bring your own mat. A few spares are here if you're just starting out — but a mat of your own becomes part of the practice.

Packages
The more you return, the lighter each visit — and the price follows you down.
Valid for 5 weeks — room for one missed week, not enough to drift.
Beyond the mat
For when something asks for more than a class. In a personal session — alone or in a small circle — we work directly with what the body has held: releasing old weight, clearing the energetic field, and teaching you to read your own emotional body so you can tend it yourself.
I also offer Abhyanga — warm-oil fascia massage — for a slower, deeper release. Each session is shaped around you and booked personally.
Who holds the space
A yoga teacher and energy therapist, and the creator of FEEL — a way of working with emotion through the body. My path into the body started early: a personal trainer since my early twenties, years in the gym and in bodybuilding — until movement stopped being about the shape of the body and became about what it holds.
I've taught yoga since 2018, trained at the Maya Academy & Institute for Yoga and Ayurveda “SUN”, and now this is where the work lives: the room, real people, breath by breath. Not a workout, not a theory — a way back to yourself.
